Proizvodnja in uporaba lastne linije kadilskih pip je bila že od leta 2018 moja želja, dodatno jo je spodbudila še najdba dedove več kot 40 let stare kadilske pipe, katero mu je mama prinesla iz Anglije.

Prepoznavna oblika lesenega dela pipe – »bovle« Mosir Smoking Pipes je oblika cveta tulipana, vendar pa sem se glede na ponovno zanimanje odločil, da izdelam še eno serijo pip z dolgim ustnikom t.i. churchwarden, saj je prva serija že dobila nove lastnike.

Kadilske pipe so v kompletu z lično unikatno gravirano škatlico (tudi to serijo je graviral BAMF), zaščitno vrečko iz filca, unikatno tlačilko (prispevala jih je Rennys Creations), stojalom in navodili za pravilno ukajevanje pipe.

Nekaj fotografij iz proizvodnje in oblikovanja omejene linije je v nadaljevanju. Vse tri so zaenkrat še na voljo in že iščejo nove zadovoljne uporabnike.

Kot zanimivost: Prva izmed treh iz nove serije Ladies & Gents Edition II (oznaka na pipi MSP L&G 4) sledi obliki in linijam ene izmed mojih prvih izdelanih pip z oznako MSP 4 , katero sem naredil samo zase in jo z veseljem uporabljam še danes.

The production and use of my own line of tobacco pipes has been my wish since 2018, and it was additionally encouraged by the discovery of my grandfather’s more than 40-year-old smoking pipe, which my mother brought him from England.

The recognizable shape of the wooden part of the Mosir Smoking Pipes is the shape of a tulip flower, but due to customers interest I decided to make another series of pipes with a long mouthpiece so called churchwarden pipes, as the first series has already got new owners.

The smoking pipes are complemented with a nice unique engraved box (this series was also engraved by BAMF), a protective felted bag, a unique tamper (made by Rennys Creations), a stand and instructions how to properly smoke (“break” in) a new pipe.

On top and below are a few photos from the production of the limited edition. All three are still available and are already looking for new satisfied users.

Interesting fact: The first of three from the new edition – Ladies & Gents Edition II (label on the pipe MSP L&G 4) follows the shape and lines of one of my first produced pipe with the MSP 4 label on it, which I made for myself and still happily use today.
